How to maintain baby's good oral hygiene?

1. Never put your baby to bed with a bottle of formula or breastmilk. If your baby falls asleep while breastfeeding, remove breast from his/her mouth.
2. If your baby must have a bedtime bottle to relax, fill it with plain water only.
3. Avoid testing the temperature of milk with your mouth because you can pass the bacteria to your baby through saliva. 
4. Always sterilise all parts of the bottle if you bottle feed your baby.
5. Keep your nipples clean by washing them daily with warm water in the shower or clean with Nipple Wipes after each feeding.
